Jenna has been a dedicated yoga and movement practitioner for many years and began sharing her practices in 2016. For Jenna, movement is a way of life. She draws on both challenges and triumphs to deepen her awareness and connection in everyday living.
Her approach to movement is rooted in love, playfulness, and a gentle curiosity about the mind–body connection. She hopes to share that same sense of wonder and exploration with each of her students.
With years of study in yoga, Pilates, psychology, coaching, and fitness, Jenna blends multiple movement modalities to create thoughtful and engaging sessions. Clients can expect to leave her classes feeling more open, connected, and empowered.
