Each session is tailored to meet you where you are--whether you're new to fitness, navigating a new season in your life, or simply looking to build strength in a sustainable and supportive way.

I specialize in working with imbalances in the body, acute or chronic pain, osteoporsosis, and scoliosis useing a supportive, individualized approach to help you feel more stable, aligned, and at ease in your body.
